What is FACEtite?

FaceTite provides a dramatic improvement in skin laxity of the face and neck, previously only attainable through a surgical procedure such as a facelift or necklift. In this minimally invasive procedure, a wand equipped with radio-frequency energy is inserted under the skin to melt deeper fat and tighten the skin on top.

Can FACEtite be combined with other procedures?

Some patients choose to schedule skin resurfacing to coincide with their skin-tightening treatment to obtain the most dramatic anti-aging effects. It may also be possible to combine FaceTite with other procedures if a greater extent of rejuvenation is needed

Is FACEtite painful/Safe?

Patient comfort is a priority in all of the treatments we conduct. To enhance the treatment experience, we apply local anesthetic to blunt the sensation of heat throughout the 30-45 minute treatment. After treatment, tenderness or soreness is typically manageable with over-the-counter pain medication.

All procedures include risk, but built-in safeguards to the FaceTite platform assure high safety levels. Post-procedure, a patient can go home and resume regular activities shortly thereafter. A compression garment is required for the best result.

How long does it take to recover from FACEtite & how long before I see results?

The minimally invasive technique employed during the FaceTite procedure facilitates a short recovery period. Most patients are back to their normal work and social engagements within a few days. Full post-treatment care instructions are provided by our office staff, and we are available to answer any questions that may arise during your recovery.

What are the side effects of a FACEtite treatment?

The side effects associated with FaceTite are minimal and short-lived. These include noticeable bruising and minor swelling and redness that gradually diminish over a week’s time. Patients should also be aware that the sub-dermal nature of tissue heating could invite mild numbness due to minor nerve bruising. This side effect is less common. If numbness does occur, it can be expected to dissipate over several weeks.

How is this treatment better than a facelift?

By avoiding the facelift excisional procedure, a patient will be without facelift scars and benefit from reduced post-operative swelling and discomfort.
